Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that transforms us on all levels – body, mind, and spirit. Using posture, breath, movement, meditation and mantra, Kundalini Yoga tunes up all the systems of the body to deliver you to your best self. You will find that a Kundalini Yoga class looks different than other types of yoga you may have encountered. It is an ancient practice that includes all the tools for transformation in each class – every aspect of the practice is shared with every student from beginner to advanced. You are invited to take your self-discovery to a new level with Kundalini Yoga. We start where you are and take you where you want to go.

Kundalini Yoga to Welcome Spring!




The light is returning!  Let’s use this energy to inspire ourselves, clear out the darkness and make room for new beginnings!


Tuesday evenings 6:30pm. March 17 to April 28 (miss April 21)

Saturdays at noon.  April 4 to May 16 (miss April 25)


$90 for the 6 week series Payment possible through PayPal, Venmo, cash, check or credit card.


If you are interested and can’t make the entire series, please let me know and we can work something out. 

If you are interested but these times/dates don’t work, please let me know for future classes.
