Start where you are! Everything you need is provided - just bring yourself. Come with an empty stomach - avoid eating 2 hours before class. Wear comfortable clothes and neutral scents - please avoid heavily scented products on class days.

What if...
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
What if I'm sick?
If you are sick or feel like you are becoming sick, please call to reschedule without penalty.
What if I have to miss a yoga class but I've paid for a whole series?
If you know that you will miss one class when you register, just let me know and you can pay for the classes you will attend at the series rate.
If you miss after you have paid for the series, you may carry over one missed class into the next scheduled series. Additional missed classes can be made up at any other classes taught by the same teacher within the time frame of the series you purchased. There are no refunds. Exceptions can be considered under extraordinary circumstances.
What if I found yoga passbook coupons I bought last year? Can I still use them?
Yoga passbooks (for Saturday's class) expire 3 months from date of issue.
